Today
The team gathers proposals across email and spreadsheets, checking price, timing and terms supplier by supplier.
With the UPX AI Agent
The agent organizes the quotes, cross-references price, timing and history and delivers the recommendation with the evidence for approval.
Today
The request arrives incomplete and someone checks cost center, authority and availability before creating the order.
With the UPX AI Agent
The agent checks the fields, identifies what is missing and prepares the order in the right workflow, without approving beyond its authority.
Today
Order status is scattered across ERP, supplier and carrier until someone notices the delay.
With the UPX AI Agent
The agent follows the deadlines, flags exceptions and chases the next step in the right channel, recording every response.
Today
Stockouts, excess and cost swings surface late, after manual checks across different systems.
With the UPX AI Agent
The agent cross-references inventory, consumption, orders and contracts and highlights stockout, excess or off-benchmark cost risk.
Integrations
The agent reads data and runs tasks in the systems already in place, within the scope your company defines.
Amount, category and approved suppliers defined before any autonomy.
The agent does not release payment, change supplier bank details or advance remittance.
Requesting, approving and receiving stay distinct roles. The agent does not hold all three.
Every quote, recommendation and order logged with previous state, new state, timestamp and approver.
Access per category and per cost center, at the lowest level the task requires.
Price, timing and terms quoted come from the proposal received. The agent flags when it found no basis, instead of filling the gap.
No new portal to learn. You ask, follow along and approve in the app that is already open. Scope, limits and audit trail are the same in every interface.
Questions and approvals from your phone, with answers in natural language. Useful for people who decide away from their desk.
The agent replies in the team's thread, flags what needs attention and takes approvals in one click.
For teams that already operate there. Commands, alerts and approvals inside the squad's channel.
Where you configure the rules, set the autonomy level per task, review the audit trail and browse the full history.
Switching interfaces does not switch the rules. Same scope, same limits, same log in all of them.
UPX treats every access to real systems as a privileged credential. You change the autonomy; isolation, traceability, safeguards, and scope remain in force across all four levels.
