How it works

From the received inquiry to the delivered event

Connect your sources, define what the agent can do, and reach event day with no permit gaps.

01

Connect the production's controls
The agent works with what the production already records.Connect the budgets, the schedule, the vendor base, and the permit documents so the Secure AI Agent has access only to what it needs.

02

Ask for the work
Talk to the agent in natural language.Ask for an inquiry's proposal, what is missing in the schedule, or the permit status through the available channels. The agent cites the source contract and document.

03

The agent organizes. Production executes.
From organizing to delivery, with control. The agent assembles, chases, and blocks within the defined permissions. Signing contracts, approving budgets, and any technical report stay with management and the certified professional.

Control

You define how far the Agent can act

Different actions can operate with different autonomy levels, always within the producer's procedures.

  1. 1

    Query

Reads budgets, schedules, and permits and answers with the source.

  2. 2

    Prepare

Assembles the proposal and the vendor chase.

  3. 3

    Request review

Waits for approval before signing or confirming.

  4. 4

    Execute

Performs the action within the defined limits.

Levels are configured per type of action. Signing contracts with clients or vendors, approving budgets, and issuing technical reports for structures, electrical, or safety always stay with management and certified professionals. An event missing a required permit is blocked by default.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the Events Agent

What producers usually ask before putting an agent into production.

  • Does it let an event proceed without permits?

No. Licenses, fire clearance, and authorizations are conditions for holding the event, and missing them exposes the public and can mean shutdown on the day. The agent flags what is missing early and treats the gap as a blocker, not a detail.
  • Does it issue structural or electrical reports?

No. Technical reports for structures, electrical, and safety belong to certified professionals, with their own liability. The agent tracks those documents' validity and warns when one is missing or expiring.
  • Does it sign contracts with clients and vendors?

No. It assembles the proposal, organizes the signature flow, and checks what was agreed. Signing and approving budgets require authority, because they create obligations for the producer.
  • How does it help on event day?

With the run sheet assembled: what happens, at what time, under whose responsibility, and what is still pending. On the day there is no time to hunt for information — it has to be ready.
  • Does it chase vendors?

It prepares the chase for confirmations, deadlines, and documents, and pursues until they close. If you release the action, it starts sending through the channel the production already uses, with a record.
  • Does it control the event budget?

It compares planned against spent per line item and flags the overrun while there is still time to correct it, instead of surfacing at the close after the event.
  • Is client data used to train models?

No. Content processed by Secure AI Agents is not used to train UPX models or third-party models.
